What if someone does not return the power bank?
A maximum of €20 will be charged. The rental price is €3 per hour and automatically stops increasing once €20 is reached. No additional fine is charged.
Do guests need an app?
No. They can pay instantly by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or QR code.
What if something breaks?
The station automatically disables faulty power banks. We handle hardware and support.
Am I tied to a long contract?
No. There are no purchase costs, subscription fees or long contract terms.
